my.satisfaction.AI is a AIaaS (AI as a Service) solution based on two components:


A) the xBot

A chat/voice/text Bot which can be integrated with different communication channels (to interact with your targeted users) such as:

  • your website, in the shape of a mobile dialog box (the Chat Box) which allows to initiate proactively and reactively a conversation with your users

  • traditional chat solutions (Olark, Chatra, …)

  • Instant messaging platforms (Facebook Messenger, Google Hangout, Skype Text, …)

  • SMS/Text messaging

  • VoIP systems


B) The my.satisfaction.AI Portal

The my.satisfaction.AI portal is the interface where you can manage your xBot. It allows you to:

  • monitor your conversational agent in a development version (to allow for improvements before deployment) and in a final production version,

  • create and manage conversation and intelligence scenarios with our Athena © Conversation language

  • manage learning sessions of your conversational agent

  • manage intents (what your user wants to know or to perform when they ask something to your xBot), knowledge domains and the responses of your xBot

  • classify the sentences collected from the interactions with your users or the trainer

  • test scenarios of conversations created in real time

  • outsource the production of conversational data to other users (readers) of the portal

  • assess the different versions of the knowledge models learned by xBot

  • audit the (anonymized) sessions of dialogs between the users and the xBot

  • ascertain the activation status of our connectors to e-mail, chat solutions, VoIP channels

  • administer multi-user access according to different roles and access rights
