How to take over a session ?

You can decide to intervene at anytime and take full control of the response to the end user.

End users could be frustrated by a situation where they are not being properly assisted by your xBot, either because it doesn’t have the relevant knowledge and/or the training to recognise a particular intent.

Below is an example of how you can detect this in real time and what you can do in this type of situation:

The rootcause of why these sessions started with a xBot and were subsequently taken over by a human can be then investigated at a later stage and can be the catalyst for:
