Classification Interface

You can access the Classification page by clicking on the icon on the vertical menu on the left side of the my.satisfaction.AI portal to find Pending, Classified, Test set and Archived sections all in one place.

A) Interface - Pending Sentences

All dialogue sessions with end users and / or trainers add sentences to be classified in this Pending page.

The classification of these user entries (questions, expressions) is to be done regularly in order to:

  • make the xBot progress rapidly in its understanding of the Intent currently set,

  • identify new sources / ideas of intents and dialogue scenarios (which would then be added to the existing scenarios in the Knowledge & Skills page), thus improving the knowledge and intelligence of your xBot.

On this page, you can access the list of all sentences entered during past dialogue sessions, in a development or production environment.

To classify a sentence in an existing Intent, you just need to:

  • select it

  • then associate it via the menu “Select an intent …” with the desired Intent

  • then save this classification via the dedicated button in the block of actions on the right.

1 - Phrase Classification Actions :

The possible classification actions of sentences are:

This button allows you to save the classification (the association of the sentence with the selected Intent) and thus to feed the next training in classified sentences.

This action button allows you to categorize the selected sentence as a test sentence. The test sentences are used to benchmark the accuracy of the xBot before and after training (see “Training” page).

This button is used to archive the classified sentence so that it is no longer a sentence awaiting classification if it is entered again by an end user.

This button is used to delete the sentence from the “classified”, “archived” or “test” categories so that it can appear again on the “Pending” page (= where there are sentences awaiting classification ).

B) Interface - Classified

Once your sentences are classified on the “Pending” page (where the sentences to be classified are listed), you can find them on the “Classified” page and modify if needed with which Intents they are associated.

The Phrase classification actions buttons are identical to the ones described above for the “Pending” page.

C) Interface - Archived

When you archive a sentence, you tell your xBot to always ignore this phrase in its learning process. If this phrase is entered again by your users, it will no longer appear listed on the “Pending” page AND it will no longer be used as content to learn during the next training session of your xBot (because an archived phrase is considered “learned “).

You can find them on the “Archived” page , where the intents they are associated with can be modified if needed.

D) Interface - Test set Sentences

The phrases that are categorized in a test set will allow you to subsquently benchmark on the “Training” page, the accuracy and relevancy of the answers of your xBot and the association of its answers with the correct intent.
