NEW FEATURES & EVOLUTIONS
- Replicate your AI Agent in another language with one click: You can create an AI agent in one language and by using our pre-translation engine make it quickly available in other language(s) with all the already implemented scenarios, intents and classified sentences. This powerful new feature will help you reduce the time to market and cost when expanding to different regions. For now, it is only available on demand.
- Updated classification system resulting in an improved intent detection based on two axes: syntax (split sentences into words) & spelling. This enhancement will ultimately improve the intent detection quality.
- Improved date extract function: Whenever you need to set up the current date/time, you can use our updated entity date extractor.
- Provide a better user experience when the user interrupts your AI Agent while speaking.
- ‘Entity’ added as a new category in the reporting: This new category will help you make better-informed business decisions. For now, it is only available in the mass export.
BUG FIXES
- Fixes UI issues on the portal page Reporting > Bot Optimization
- Fixes the origin of the pending sentences based on the environment (production vs development)
- Improves performance on intents interface when high number of classified/test set sentences
