NEW

. With the Live Session Handler* you can now monitor and control all live conversations going on with your xBot at all times . You can now easily correct your classification and enhance your model with the Classification Helper . In our Reporting page you can now review easily what are the most and least triggered intents . The transcript report now has new add-ons which allow filtering by AtmosphereTM, Waiting & Handled status

IMPROVEMENTS

. The updated classification engine will now provide a better quality training and subsequently improve your xBot understanding . Chat UIs such as button, links are now displayed in our Portal Chatbox . You can now use Keyboard shortcuts Ctrl S & Z in the Athena editor

FIXES

. Fixed: The display message received / sent is no longer reversed in the Reporting Messages graphic . Fixed: The “Sign in” button is no longer inactive in the login page if your credentials are saved in the Browser
