Release Note - Changes between version 4.1 and 5.0


We’re happy to introduce you to our brand-new design, which is more modern and has increased functionalities. This update provides you with the same great technical features in a more streamlined and intuitive design. Here’s a breakdown of the changes:


  • A revamped Dashboard:

At a glance you know the list of the most discussed topics between your customers and your xBot. You can compare over time to monitor the evolutions. You also have access to performance indicators of your xBot (average conversation time, detected feeling of customers towards the xBot at the end of the conversation for example).

  • An enriched Live Session Handler:

Your human agents can now filter among ongoing conversations to prioritize the conversations to be processed (human intervention requested or negative feeling recognized for example).

  • A dedicated section for Transcripts where you can find the verbatims of the exchanges between your xBot and your customers. You can use sentiment filters to select the conversations you want to read and analyze. On the detailed view of a conversation, you can zoom in on the customer messages that were problematic and you can easily navigate from one conversation to another.
