  • What is the difference between the “files” in the Knowledge & Skills page and the “Categories” in the Intents page ?

The “files” in the Intents page are groupings of intentions, while the “Categories” on the right side of the Knowledge & Skills page allows you to organize and group the dialogue scenarios coded in Athena ©. The latter have no technical implications in the AI of your xBot.

  • In the Intent page, how can I edit or delete my “Categories” or “Intents”?

In the current version of the my.satisfaction.AI portal, it is not yet possible to edit or delete a “Category” or “Intent”.
