Release Note - Changes between version 2.1.2 and 3.0

We made a point to improve the portal performances so you can enjoy a more fluid experience. A lot of changes and enhancements have been made to our infrastructure and back end that should provide you with more stability and speed when you work or simply navigate on my.satisfaction.AI. Enjoy!

The Training page has been fully redesigned in order to improve the analysis of your xBot’s model performance overtime. New features such as intent mapping representation will provide you with a quick overview of what the model of your xBot looks like, training in use vs. training history giving you a sense of the progress of your xBot.
In the new Test set Overview subtab of the Training page you can now easily see what is well understood and what is not understood by your xBot and then deep dive into the training results by clicking on the new Test Set Details view.
Finally you can also browse through your training history to find out who launched a training session, when it was launched and more…

To provide a better navigation experience, the Classification page was created to encompass the Pending, Classified, Archived and Test set pages.

To simplify the Intent page which now includes only 2 sections “Manage” and “Overview” we moved the “Optimization” page to its dedicated section! Optimization is a powerful tool to help you improve your model. In one click, launch a diagnostic and find out all the suggestions to make your model stronger.
