Release Note - Changes between version 3.0 and 3.5

We are introducing a new Knowledge & Skills editor that makes it easy to create your xBot’s scenarios.
- The new Athena Text Editor combined with the Error Management feature is designed for people who have no coding skills to create scenarios or update their xBot’s answers.
- The Edit feature ensures that no one else can make simultaneous changes to the file you are currently working on. Thus, your modifications will never be lost or overwritten by another user.
- The Save feature has been improved as well to preserve your work when you forget to save your modifications before leaving the interface.
- A lot more features have also been implemented to speed up the scenarios creation in your xBot such as wrap text, dark/light themes, code (un)folding, improved Search , etc …

The testing chatbox has been fully redesigned and moved to the bottom right hand side of your screen next to the editor for a better ergonomy. It now shows elements like UI elements, button, url, pictures and emojis.
In one of the previous version of satisfaction.AI we added in the reporting page the Elected intents that matches the sentence. Now, they are also displayed in the testing chatbox. You can also find in this new dialog box the top 3 intents which the sentence is the closest to.

We added a feature to your Training page to give you the possibility to compare two trainings of your choice. This allows you to see if your edits, corrections or additions made to the knowledge or the classification improve the understanding of your xBot. By doing this regularly, you can now measure the performance and knowledge progression of your xBot overtime.

Our Privacy Policy is now accessible via your avatar icon at the top right of the Portal.
